At WOL Center we handle your personal data with the confidentiality you would expect from a business center. This notice explains what we collect, what for, who we share it with, and how you can decide about it, under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

WOL Center is responsible for the personal data you provide, with addresses at Gobernación 12, colonia 5 de Diciembre, Morelia, Michoacán, and Avenida 5 de Febrero 1716, colonia Benito Juárez, Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro. For anything related to this notice, including exercising your rights, write to recepcion@wolcenter.mx.
When you contact us: name, email, phone and, where applicable, your company name and what you need. When you book: the date, the space and the number of people. When you contract: tax details — tax ID, company name, tax regime, postal code and your tax status certificate — and, depending on the service, official ID and proof of address. If you visit our premises, the front desk records your name and who you are visiting. We do not collect sensitive data.
Mexican law requires express consent to process tax and financial data. By giving us your tax ID, your tax status certificate or your bank details in order to contract or be invoiced, you authorise us to use them solely for the purposes in this notice. You may refuse, but without that data we cannot issue invoices or formalise a contract.
Purposes necessary to serve you: answering your enquiry, quoting, scheduling tours and bookings; confirming what you booked and reminding you before the date; issuing tax invoices; managing your contract, payments and balance; receiving and handing over your mail and parcels; and controlling access to the premises. Purposes you may refuse without affecting your service: sending you information about our spaces, offers and content. To opt out of those, just write to recepcion@wolcenter.mx.
We process your tax ID, tax status certificate, regime and address to provide the service, issue your invoices and hand you the building documentation. If the tax authority visits to verify the address or requests information from us, we respond to that request and let you know. This data is kept for the periods required by tax law, even after the contract ends.
When we receive mail in your name we record the sender, the addressee, the courier, the date and the delivery acknowledgement. We do not open or inspect the contents: correspondence is inviolable. These records include third-party data — whoever sends and whoever delivers — processed only to evidence receipt and handover.
If you provide data about your team, guests or billing contacts, we understand you are authorised to share it and we ask you to make this notice known to them. We make it available to them at our first contact.
We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed on our behalf, under our instructions, by the providers that make the service work: website hosting, database, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging and, if you accepted, audience measurement. That is not a transfer: it remains under our responsibility. We do transfer data when the law requires it — to authorities that request it — and to our accountant to meet tax obligations. Those transfers do not require your consent, because the law itself allows them.
For as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, or to defend ourselves against a claim. Once that period is over, we block and then delete it. Data on breach of contractual obligations is deleted after seventy-two months.
The site works without analytics cookies: nothing measuring runs when you arrive. They are only enabled if you accept them in the notice at the foot of the page. If you accept, the analytics tool collects your IP address, browser and operating system, the pages you visit, time spent and where you came from, solely to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser, and refusing does not limit any service. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work do not require your consent.
You may access your data, correct it if inaccurate, cancel it when you consider we no longer need it, or object to a specific use. You may also withdraw your consent or limit the use and disclosure of your data. Write to recepcion@wolcenter.mx stating your name, a means to reply to you, which right you wish to exercise, and documents proving your identity. We will reply within a maximum of twenty business days and, where applicable, act on it within the following fifteen business days; these periods may be extended once when the case justifies it. The process is free: only reproduction or delivery costs may be charged.
You can ask us at the same address to stop sending you commercial communications, and we will add you to our exclusion list. You may also register with the Mexican consumer protection agency's public registry to avoid advertising.
We maintain administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorised use, access or processing. Access is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
If we change this notice, we will publish the current version on this same page with its update date. We recommend checking it from time to time.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may turn to Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority in charge of personal data protection in the private sector, within fifteen days of our reply.
